Starting on Sept. 1, 2010, certain electronics are banned from incinerators and landfills in WI. Manufacturers and retailers are now required to take back electronics for recycling under E-Cycle Wisconsin. For a complete list of items banned from the landfills, click here .

Your trash hauler will NO LONGER pick up banned electronics for disposal with one exception: Veolia will collect TVs for recycling that are 27” and larger placed curbside in communities in which they are contracted. If you are not a Veolia customer, please contact your hauler.
