Park Location
Naga-Waukee Park and Golf Course are located north of I-94, spanning the lands between the shores of Nagawicka Lake and Pewaukee Lake. This 414-acre parcel consists of a regional park, a championship 18-hole golf course, and 2 lake access sites. The diverse topographical features were created during the glacial age, which enhances the beauty of the site.

Park Amenities
The park offers a spectacular view of Nagawicka Lake as you meander down the boardwalk to the boat launch or beach. Another boardwalk awaits you as it winds through the trees along the lakefront. It is a splendid view and a great photo opportunity. The oak hickory forest and thick undergrowth define the trails that wind throughout the park, which is home to many different species of wildlife. Many Baltimore Orioles make Naga-Waukee their home, as well as Great-Horned Owls.

RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Swimming: The 130 ft. of beach along Nagawicka Lake and beach house with indoor restrooms and shower facilities, soda machines and concession stand are open June thru August with lifeguards on duty daily.

Boating: The boat launch areas provide access to both Nagawicka and Pewaukee Lake for fishing, sailing, water skiing, canoeing, and power boating. Launches are limited to the number of parking spaces at each launching site and a Boat Launch Permit is required. Permits are valid April through November of the year of purchase.

Fishing: Bring your fishing pole for an ideal family-oriented fishing opportunity. We encourage and support the catch and release of fish, so that many people can enjoy the excitement and thrill of catching fish from the lake. You can catch Northern, Walleye, Bass, Bluegill, Perch, or Crappies. Please note, a fishing license is required in all Waukesha County parks.

Picnicking: Come for a quiet picnic at one of our family picnic areas or reserve a picnic shelter for your family reunion or business party.

Biking: The 8-mile Lake Country Recreation Trail is located along the southern boundary of the park and can be accessed from either the park or the golf course.

Camping: Come to the park during the day and stay the night at either the 5 reserved group camp sites or pitch your tent at one of the 33 sites in the first come, first serve family camping area.

Nature Hiking: Take a hike and experience nature through the wooded trails. Many different levels for all hiking or walking enthusiasts. The Ice Age Trail follows the west and north edge of the main park area.

Noted golf course architect, Lawrence Packard, transformed these 216 rolling, wooded acres into a championship 18-hole golf course.
