Park Location
Located in the Town of Waukesha, on the corner of C.T.H. H and C.T.H. I. The Fox River, which shares its name, runs along side its mature woodlands. The park is full of wetlands and many species of wild flowers.

Park Amenities
The 262-acre park represents an outstanding area for providing a feeling of wilderness and solitude. No matter what time of the year one visits the park, the view and activity is ever-changing; spring brings delicate wildflowers, summer produces a wooded canopy for a hike through the forest, fall offers a breath taking color display, and winter donates snow that glistens in the sun. The abundance of wildlife provides great opportunities for nature study and the exploration of the natural world. Many wildflowers and bird species can be viewed along the trails that wind through the park. The miles of paved trails draw hikers, bikers, and rollerbladers throughout the summer to offer a variety of trail experiences.

RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Walking: Walk the paved trail that winds through the park and along the river in both wooded and open areas. This trail is great for families out on a leisurely walk.

Biking: Bring your family for a bike ride around the paved trails.

Rollerblading: Enjoy rollerblading the paved trails. Hills and turns make this a great workout.

Picnicking: Come for a quiet picnic at one of our family picnic areas or reserve a picnic area with a covered pavilion for your family reunion or business party.
