WAUKESHA COUNTY PARKS - RESERVABLE PICNIC AREAS

The Waukesha County Parks are a great place for a leisurely picnic lunch in the Family Picnic Areas or for a  bigger outing in the reservable Picnic Shelters and Pavilions.

Reservations are required for all group picnic areas and can be made by calling the Reservation Desk at 262-548-7801, e-mailing for information/availability or stopping by the Park Office in the Waukesha County Courthouse located at:

515 W. Moreland Blvd., Rm. AC 230
Waukesha WI 53188 in Waukesha.
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.

Reservations for 2010 begin Monday, January 4, 2010. The reservations are also on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan ahead.

Reservation fees must be paid in advance. VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted.

To make a reservation:(Please have the following information ready.)

  • Park and desired date.
  • Location within park desired.
  • Time frame area is needed.
  • Alternate dates.
  • Your name, address, group name if any, phone number, and number of people in group.
  • Tax exempt number, if applicable.
  • Would you need an alcohol permit.

Payment Procedure:

  • Payment due within 10 days of placing reservation. Failure to submit the reservation fee within 10 days will result in cancellation of the reservation request.
  • Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard accepted.) Please have card number and expiration date available.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservation fees are not refundable if cancellation is made less than 17 days prior to reservation date. If a cancellation is made prior to 17 days of the reservation date, $15.00 of the fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds are given due to weather conditions, unless the park or facilities are officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
