BUILDING RENTALS
The Waukesha County Park System has various enclosed buildings available for any occasion.
Beach houses, recreation centers, and lodges are available September thru May from sunrise to 12:00 midnight.
All reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
Reservation fees must be paid in advance.

Reservations for 2010 will begin on Thursday, October 1, 2009 by phone at 262 548-7801 or in person at the park office.
Reservations are required for all buildings please call the parks reservation desk at 262-548-7801, e-mailing for more information/availability, or stopping by the Park Office which is in the Waukesha County Court House located at:

To make a reservation:
(Please have the following information)
Building within desired park
Time frame area is needed
Alternate dates
Name, address, group name, phone number and number of people in group
Tax exempt number, if applicable
(An alcohol permit, at no extra cost, is needed if alcohol is present.)
Payment Procedure:
Payment due within 10 days of placing reservation.
Failure to submit the reservation fee within 10 days will result in cancellation of the reservation request.
Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa accepted.) Please have card number and expiration date available.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation fees will be forfeited if cancelled less than 17 days prior to reservation date.
No refunds are given due to weather conditions, unless the park or facilities are officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
Lodges only - Youth groups (under 18) must have adult supervision at all times. Reservation fees are not refundable if cancellation is made less than 17 days prior to reservation date. If a Lodge permit/reservation is cancelled for any reason 17 days or more prior to reservation date, twenty-five ($25.00) dollars of the reservation fee will be forfeited. No refunds are given due to weather conditions, unless the park or facilities are officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
Recreation Centers and Beach Houses - Youth groups (under 18) must have adult supervision at all times. If a Recreation Center or Beach House permit/reservation is cancelled for any reason 17 days or more prior to reservation date, fifteen ($15.00) dollars of the reservation fee will be forfeited. No refunds are given due to weather conditions, unless the park or facilities are officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
