Welcome to the Family Court Self-Help Center's New Website.  Our previous site won a Top Ten Court Website Award from Justice Served and we hope that our new site with its expanded services is even better!  Much of the Self-Help Center web content has not changed, rather it has been expanded and reorganized and can be found in the Family Court section of this site. We believe you will be pleased with the result.  We are!

The Waukesha County Family Court Self-Help Center is located in Room C-108 of the Waukesha County Courthouse, 515 W. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, Wisconsin. The Center provides a public access computer and materials for legal research purposes, copy services (for a fee), and Family Court staff assigned to the Center who provide the following:

• Available court forms and review for completeness,
• Available generic procedural options and assistance,
• Referrals to community and legal resources, including the Local Attorney Roster and the Family Legal Clinic.

Center staff are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or help you fill out forms.  The CSH Customer Service Duties and Limitations Notice of what staff can and cannot do may help you understand the services we have available.
