The Waukesha County Family Court Self-Help Center is located in Room C-153 of the Waukesha County Courthouse, 515 W. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, Wisconsin. Services include a public access computer and materials for legal research purposes, copy services (for a fee), and Family Court staff who provide the following:

Available court forms and review for completeness,
Available generic procedural options and assistance,
Referrals to community and legal resources, including the Local Attorney Roster and the Family Legal Clinic.

Family Division staff are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or help you fill out forms. The CSH Customer Service Duties and Limitations Notice of what staff can and cannot do may help you understand the services we have available.
