EFFECTIVE JULY 11, 2023 Review the Meet and Confer Order Regarding Scheduling to review how all matters set for Scheduling Conference between the date of this Order and until further order of the Court will be addressed by all of the Civil Division Judges. 

An approved, universal Scheduling Order can be found below as specified in the order above for all branches:

BEFORE FILING ANY PAPERWORK WITH THE CIVIL DIVISION, PLEASE REVIEW THE CIVIL COURT LOCAL RULES THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY REVISED.

Effective April 15, 2024, a fee will be charged for all Small Claims Summons and Complaint packets and Civil Name Change forms provided in the Clerk's Office.  These forms are still available for free on this website for download.
