Lodging & Recreational Facility Inspection and Licensing Program
The Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health inspects and licenses hotels, motels, tourist rooming houses, public pools, bed and breakfast establishments, campgrounds, and recreational / educational camps.
Before constructing, remodeling or renovating an establishment or facility licensed by the Division of Environmental Health, Waukesha County Code requires that detailed plans be submitted for review.

If you have a complaint concerning a licensed establishment or facility, a foodborne illness complaint, questions regarding application for a license to operate a regulated establishment or facility, please call (262) 896-8300 during normal business hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
