Jill Herz, MS, RDJill, WNEP Coordinator, joined the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program in the fall of 2010. She has worked with a variety of audiences, including elementary-aged youth at Whittier elementary school and summer Parks and Rec programs, teens in School Age Parents At Risk (SAPAR) and Multicultural afterschool programs, adults at the Waukesha County WIC clinic and Women’s Center, and older adults at senior dining sites. She obtained her Dietetic degree from UW-Madison in 2009, graduated from the Mount Mary University Dietetic Internship in 2010, and completed her Master’s in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in 2014.

Debbie has been with the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program since 1998 and has worked with a variety of audiences. She teaches Pre K - 5th grade in classrooms at Hadfield Elementary School and teens at Project Change Alternative School, 180º Juvenile Diversion Program, and others. Debbie works with parents in group settings such as Head Start; as well as individual home visits. She teaches at the Huber Facility and Day Reporting. Debbie works with disabled adults at the Mental Health Center and at ACAP (Adaptive Community Approach Program). She also partners with the horticultural department providing a nutrition connection at several community gardens. Debbie’s degree as a Dietetic Technician is from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Jenni LewkowskiJenni started working with the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program in 2000, teaching how to stretch your food dollar to adults at Workforce Development Center. Currently Jenni teaches 3 – 5 year olds at Head Start, youth at Heyer, Blair and Hawthorne Elementary Schools, teens at Juvenile Detention Center, and adults at the WIC clinic. Jenni has a Dietetic Technician Associate Degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Paula has been with the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program since 2002. She teaches elementary age youth at Banting, Blair, Hawthorne, Hadfield and Heyer Schools, and teens in School Age Parents at Risk (SAPAR) program. During the summer, Paula teaches nutrition to youth in park and recreation programs. In addition to youth, she teaches adults at the WIC Clinic, Food Pantries, and the Huber Correctional Facility in a summer Nutrition and Gardening class. Paula received her Dietetic Technician training at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Katy Maas, DTRKaty has been with the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program since 2007. Katy instructs teens and adults through programs at the Women’s Center, Waukesha County WIC Clinic, Mental Health Center, Menomonee Falls Food Pantry, Sussex Senior Dining site, and the Parent’s Place. Katy also works with youth at Whittier Elementary School, Lakewood School and the Salvation Army Youth Camp. In addition, Katy facilitates an 8- lesson nutrition series with groups as well as individual families in their home. Previously, Katy was a WIC Nutritionist for Dodge County. Her background also includes years of experience in the banking industry. In 2006, Katy obtained her degree from Madison Area Technical College, is a Registered Dietetic Technician and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Marcy has been with the UW- Extension Nutrition Education Program since 2013. She works with youth at Banting, Hawthorne, Heyer and Blair Elementary schools, park and recreation programs and the Salvation Army summer youth program. In addition, she teaches adults at the WIC clinic, St. Joseph’s Medical Clinic, the Women's Center and WCTC's ESL program. She teaches parents of young children at La Casa and Headstart. Marcy also teaches at a number of meal sites such as Salvation Army and senior adults at the Hartland, New Berlin and La Casa meal site locations. Marcy is a Dietetic Technician, Registered. She received her degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She has also earned an Associates of Science degree in Business.

Tahnee Aguirre Tahnee Aguirre joined
the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program in the summer of 2016. Tahnee
teaches youth at Hawthorne, Heyer, Blair, and Whittier elementary Schools. She
also teaches nutrition education to adults at La Casa, WIC, Headstart and
Parent’s Place. Tahnee received her Dietetic Technician Associate degree from
Milwaukee Area Technical College. In 2012, she received her Bachelor’s Degree
in Global Studies/International Affairs from Alverno College.
