Completing the Membership Evaluation (ME) forms are the first step in applying for a trip award. The second step is an in-person interview conducted in October. The following guidelines explain the use of the forms, who can apply, and the qualifications.

Project descriptions for the projects listed in the Waukesha County Quick Guide can be found in the Wisconsin Enrollment Guide with Supplements. Please note that not all projects offered in Waukesha County are the same as those listed in the Wisconsin Enrollment Guide. Also, the grade ranges given in the Wisconsin Enrollment Guide are recommendations. Those in grades 5K-2nd grade are Cloverbud Members and can enroll in the Cloverbud, Aerospace, and Bicycling projects.
