using the site, please click on the "user guide" to the right to read the instructions before calling our office for help.
Note: If you require a certified copy of a land record document you must come into our office.
We are unable to provide certified copies through our Public Access Document Search application.
The Waukesha County Tax Listing Website will provide the legal description to the property if you need it before you search our Public Access database.
Deed Volumes 1-142 and Mortgage Volumes 1-108 are now available to view and purchase on the Public Access site. However, when searching the Book/Page combinations you must use "zero" placeholders to make the entries four digits.
For example:
Volume 1 Page 1 is searchable as Book 0001 Page 0001
Volume 123 Page 123 is searchable as Book 0123 Page 0123
