⚠: When requesting a Land Records appointment, staff will contact you to determine whether or not an appointment is actually necessary. 1.  Appointments are limited to no more than 2 persons per party.
2. Your appointment will NOT be confirmed until someone from the Register of Deeds office contacts you.
   
3. Appointments are only available between the hours of 9:00am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
4. Only one appointment per day can be scheduled.
5. We do not perform Title Searches. (i.e: searching for liens)
6. We do not assist with the drafting of new documents (i.e.: changing title)
7. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least one hour before your scheduled appointment to do so.
8. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled.
9. Please follow Social Distancing guidelines while in the office. Not doing so could result in you being asked to leave.
