Public Health Nurses here to help you with all your medical and educational needs regarding pregnancy, including pregnancy testing, prenatal and postpartum care coordination, and teen pregnancy
Find out if you are pregnant through our FREE urine Pregnancy Test. Pregnancy is detected by measuring the concentration of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine.
Prenatal & Postpartum Care Coordination
PNCC or Prenatal Care Coordination, helps women gain access to medical, social, educational, and other services during their pregnancy and 60 days postpartum. Through a series of visits, Public Health Nurses will bring you information about you and your soon-to-be baby.
Our goal is to help pregnant women have healthy babies.
Public Health Nurses provide services in the home and through telephone consultation.
