Cancellation Policies

Facility Rental Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation fees are not refundable if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to reservation date.
• If a Picnic Area or Beach House reservation is cancelled for any reason 30 days or more prior to reservation date, $25.00 of the reservation fee will be forfeited.
• If a Lodge or Environmental Learning Center room reservation is cancelled for any reason 30 days or more prior to reservation date, $35.00 of the reservation fee will be forfeited.
• No refunds are given due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions unless the park or facilities are officially closed.

Camping Cancellation Policy:

• Camping reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days in advance will not receive a refund; camping reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Other Policies

Excessive Clean Up Policies:

Picnic Area, Beach House, Lodge, and Camping: A charge of $52.33 plus tax per hour may be assessed for clean-up beyond the usual and customary.

Overstay Charge:

If the Licensee, their guests, and/or related renter supplies, contractors, caterers, service providers, decorations, etc. fail to vacate the premises by the time specified in the contract, a $100.00 per hour fee will be applied.

Site Visits:

Beach House and Lodge: Licensee is offered 2 no-charge site visits, by appointment only, for no longer than one hour each, prior to their event. Licensee will be charged $52.33 plus tax for each visit after. Please call the park office to set up site visits.
