Women's Health and Recovery Project (WHARP)

The Women’s Health and Recovery Project (WHARP) is for women with substance use disorders and complex needs. Services can support women in addressing their family’s needs as they navigate the recovery process. For details on services please see Brochure.

There is no cost to participate, and women do not need to be involved in any Waukesha County care or services.

WHARP is based on a collaborative process with a county-level agency facilitating care coordination, peer support, and collaborative referral to community services. A Navigator and a Peer Specialist work one-on-one with women to provide support and overcome obstacles that would typically be a barrier to women in their recovery journey.

Eligibility:  Women with substance use disorders and complex needs, who reside in Waukesha County. Women do not need to be involved in any Waukesha County care or services.
