Wild Winter Night

Saturday, February 8
6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
$4 per person or $15 per family (children 2 years and younger are free)

Discover more about our fantastic feathered friends! This nighttime event is a wild winter adventure!
  • Learn all about birds with interactive exhibits and activities, up-close animal encounters, and explore the winter sky with telescopes too! (weather permitting)

  • Join us on an Owl Prowl guided hike led by the Benjamin Goss Bird Club at 6:30 & 7:30 p.m.

  • Enjoy a campfire on the patio with s’mores and NEW hot cocoa floats.

  • Go green – Bring your own travel mug to be entered to win prizes!

  • Walk a self-guided candlelight hike! (Snowshoe rentals will not be available due to poor snow cover.)

  • The Horwitz-DeRemer Planetarium will offer a special showing of Europe to the Stars at 6:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m., & 7:30 p.m.
