Online Services: FAQ

Something New Is Here!

Waukesha County Parks and Land Use has a new online system. This system provides a better online experience to register, reserve, and purchase your favorite offerings. You’ll notice it’s faster and easier to make reservations, register for programs and volunteer opportunities, purchase daily permits and annual memberships, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is registration for Open Hockey, Stick & Puck, and Freestyle sessions at the ice arenas impacted by the new system?

What happens if I had an upcoming reservation in the current system?
Your upcoming reservation remains active/valid. An account has been created for you in the new system and your reservation will be transferred.

You will receive a notification about your new account on October 1 with the steps required to finalize your account creation.

Is the process for paying my guests’ park entrances fees changing?
If you choose to pay for your guests’ park entrance fees, the process is changing. You can visit the homepage and click the button that says “Pay for My Guests.” Then, select the option – or any combination of options – that serves your needs.
