Cure your cabin fever and enjoy this wild winter adventure! Enjoy family-friendly activities inside and outside. Outside activities include: fun family night hike, owl prowl hike, candlelit stroll along the accessible Discovery Trail (approx. 0.4 mile), night sky viewing with telescopes and snowshoe use on Retzer Trails (snow cover and trail conditions permitting). Inside activities include the planetarium show “Constellations” and an Owls of Wisconsin presentation. Warm up with beverages and snacks available for purchase from Mama D’s and enjoy the outdoor fire.

Planetarium tickets (included in the admission price) will be handed out for each showtime at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis (showtimes at 5:30, 6:15, 7:00 and 7:45 p.m.). Constellations – Adventures Connecting Earth and Sky: This program will circle the globe and bring these rich and engaging sky legends to life. Explore how constellations helped organize the sky and tell time. Audiences will depart the Earth – witnessing how constellations change when traveling through the galaxy. Visitors will also marvel at how we also create wild pictures from the Moon and distant nebulae. Discover all the inspiring imaginations in the constellations!
