Severe Weather*
Students will visit the E.B. Shurts Center to learn how severe weather affects the Fox River and other water resources in Waukesha County. Students will observe the river directly by using waders and nets to collect aquatic organisms and measure water quality. Time will also be spent investigating how humans impact local watersheds and discussing how we can be part of the solution for protecting our natural resources.
