Contempt

This packet is used to enforce all other portions of court orders or judgments except physical placement of a child. This packet is used only to enforce orders that have already been approved by court. If you would like to change a portion of an order, you may do so by using the Modification Packet.

The party requesting enforcement is required to properly notify the other party of the court date (see the Service Packet below).
