Clearing Your Browser's Cache
If you are experiencing an Initialization Error, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. If you are using internet explorer as your browser do the following:
1. Internet Options
2. Under Browsing History click Delete
3. Make sure Temporary Internet files is checked (all others can be unchecked or checked, as you like)
4. Click Delete
5. Close your browser
6. Start a new Internet Explorer instance and browse to the GIS and it should now be clear of error messages
