The Birth to 3 Program in Waukesha County - Lutheran Social Services is committed to supporting families with children under the age of three with developmental delays, disabilities or a typical development. The Birth to Three Program's intent is to support the family by using a Parent Support Framework.
Parent support is based upon the premise and research that parent involvement is critical to early intervention effectiveness and that parents want information about specific ways they can help their children's development. Birth To Three provides strategies that parents/caregivers can implement in the home or out in the community that will help their child develop and grow in their abilities to participate in daily routines and activities.
