Master Gardeners are trained by UW-Extension specialists and educators in many aspects of horticulture. In return for their training, Master Gardeners volunteer to help with UW-Extension educational programs in horticulture and a wide variety of community service projects.
Waukesha County and Milwaukee County UW-Extension offices team up to provide education, training, and volunteer opportunities for residents who want to become a Master Gardener. For more information on how to become a Master Gardener volunteer, visit the SouthEast Wisconsin Master Gardeners website.
