8 ounce package of cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium-size peeled cored Granny Smith apple
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme, basil or oregano
