As of September 1, 2020, immunizations are available by appointment only in the Public Health Clinic. TB skin tests are given on Tuesdays only. No walk-in immunizations provided. To schedule an appointment for a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, call (262) 896-8430 & press "option 5". 
All Public Health Walk-In Services, the International Travel Clinic, and STD Clinic Services are suspended until further notice.
What We Do:

The Public Health Division is committed to preventing disease and promoting health for all citizens in Waukesha County.  The division offers a wide range of public health services focused on the control and containment of human public health hazards.  The core functions of public health are to assess and monitor the health status of the entire county, develop public health policy, and assure access to quality health care.

The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
WIC Benefit Issuance is available:
Mondays (8:15 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (3 – 5:30 PM)
Fridays (8:30 – 11:30 AM)

The Public Health Division will be closed to the public for the following observed holidays in 2020:

  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 26, 2020, and Friday, November 27, 2020
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day - Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020
  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (2020 – 2021) - Thursday, December 31, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021
