STD Clinical Services

Comprehensive STD & HIV Clinic:
  • Clinic is available to anyone seeking confidential counseling, examination, and testing for Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Pubic Lice, HPV and HIV.  Treatment or referral for treatment will be provided. 
  • The clinic is available by appointment only - Please call the Public Health Division at (262) 896-8450 to schedule an appointment.
  • Please note: Testing may not be valid for any exposure of less than 3 weeks of if antibiotic prescription was completed less than one month ago.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in and registration.

HIV Counseling & Testing Clinic:
  • The HIV Counseling and Testing Site Clinic is available for anyone seeking a test for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
  • The clinic is available by appointment only - Please call the Public Health Division at (262) 896-8450 to schedule an appointment.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for check-in and registration. 
Walk-In Chlamydia/Gonorrhea Screening:
  • Walk-in screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea is available to anyone seeking confidential counseling; testing and treatment for the two most commonly reported STDs.
  • Please note: Testing may not be valid for any exposure of less than 3 weeks of if antibiotic prescription was completed less than one month ago.
  • No appointment required.  Screening for chlamydia/gonorrhea is available as a walk-in service during business hours.

Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:15 PM)
The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
WIC Walk-in Benefit Pick up is available:
Mondays (8:15 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (3 – 6:30 PM)
Fridays (8:30 – 11:30 AM)

The Public Health Division will be closed to the public for 2019 holiday observances on the following dates:

  • LABOR DAY will be observed Monday, September 2, 2019
  • THANKSGIVING DAY AND THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING will be observed Thursday, November 28, 2019, and Friday, November 29, 2019
  • CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY will be observed Tuesday, December 24, 2019, and Wednesday, December 25, 2019
  • NEW YEAR'S EVE AND NEW YEAR'S DAY (2019-2020) will be observed Tuesday, December 31, 2019, and Wednesday, January 1, 2020
