Health Care Providers

Health care providers and hospitals will play an integral part in the 2009 H1N1 Flu season. It is critical that Public Health and Health Care Providers work together to manage the spread and effects of 2009 H1N1 pandemic flu. Health care providers are a key component in both the H1N1 vaccine distribution plan (see pre-registration link below to register as a 2009 H1N1 vaccine distributor) and in the treatment of the disease. SUSPENDED: Walk-in Clinic Nurse Services are available: 
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:15 PM)
The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
WIC Benefit Issuance is available:
Mondays (8:15 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (3 – 5:30 PM)
Fridays (8:30 – 11:30 AM)

The Public Health Division will be closed to the public for the following observed holidays in 2020:

  • Labor Day - Monday, September 7, 2020
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 26, 2020, and Friday, November 27, 2020
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day - Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020
  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (2020 – 2021) - Thursday, December 31, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021
