For Infants, Children & Teens:

 Important Vaccine Guidelines:

  • If your child is insured, please make an appointment with your primary care provider for vaccinations.
  • If your child is eligible for Vaccines for Children (VFC), you can visit the Public Health Division for vaccinations.
    •   ELIGIBILITY: Children through 18 years of age are eligible if they are Medicaid eligible or enrolled, uninsured, American Indian or Alaska Native or underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines- please contact your insurance provider to verify if vaccines are covered).
  • Please bring all written immunization records, if available.
  • A parent or legal guardian must be present during the appointment for children under the age of 18.

 Immunization Fees & Information:

  • All recommended childhood immunizations are offered through the Vaccines for Children Program (VFC).  For each vaccine, a $10 administration fee is applied.  (If necessary, fees may be waived.)
  • No appointment needed.  Childhood immunizations are available as a walk-in service during business hours.

All Public Health Walk-In Services, International Travel Clinics and STD Clinic Services are closed until further notice.

SUSPENDED: Walk-in Clinic Nurse Services are available: 
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:15 PM)
The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
WIC Benefit Issuance is available:
Mondays (8:15 AM – 4 PM)
Tuesdays (3 – 5:30 PM)
Fridays (8:30 – 11:30 AM)

  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (2020 – 2021) - Thursday, December 31, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021
