The Nurse Call Center is available by phone:
Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri. (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Extended hours on Tuesdays (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Nurse Walk-in Services are available:

WIC Walk-in Benefit Pick up is available:

The Public Health Division will be closed to the public for 2018 holiday observances on the following dates:

  • THANKSGIVING DAY and THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING will be observed Thursday, November 22, 2018, and Friday, November 23, 2018
  • CHRISTMAS EVE and CHRISTMAS DAY will be observed Monday, December 24, 2018, and Tuesday, December 25, 2018
  • NEW YEAR'S EVE and NEW YEAR'S DAY (2018-2019) will be observed Monday, December 31, 2018 and Tuesday, January 1, 2019


International Travel

Travel to a foreign country can be both exciting and challenging. The International Travel Immunization Clinic helps to plan ahead to reduce the risk of travel-related health or safety problems. Click here to view the International Travel Clinic brochure.

The Clinic will provide you with:

  • Information about disease risks
  • Information about food, water and insect precautions
  • Preventive vaccines and medications

Immunizations are provided for a fee ranging from $30 to $220 per vaccine. In addition, a clinic/administration fee of $60 per client will be due at time of service. These fees may not be waived. Payment may be by check, cash, or charge. The following travel vaccines are offered: 

Hepatitis A  Hepatitis B  Influenza
Measles  Meningitis   Pneumococcal
(MMR)    (pneumonia)
Polio  Tetanus  Typhoid
Varicella  Yellow Fever   

Also provided are the routine recommended vaccines for children and adults and prescriptions for anti-malarial drugs.

The Clinic is open to the public.
