2019 Clinical Services Brochure (Español)

Walk-In Services:
  • Public Health Walk-in Clinic nurse services are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8 AM – 4 PM), and Tuesday (10:30 AM – 6:15 PM)
  • No appointment needed. First come, first served.
    • Blood Pressure Monitoring- FREE
    • Head Lice Checks- FREE
    • Pregnancy Screening- FREE
    • Glucose (Blood Sugar) Screening- 12 hour fasting prior to appointment is recommended- $10
    • STD (Chlamydia/Gonorrhea) Screening- $20
    • Child & Adult Immunizations- Fees Vary
    • Cholesterol (Lipid Panel) Screening- 12 hour fasting prior to appointment is recommended- $25
    • TB Skin Test- Weekdays, except Thursdays. Must be available to return 48-72 hours after testing to have results read- $25

Nurse Call Center:
  • A nurse is available to speak, over the phone or in person, regarding communicable disease information, school personnel resources, general health information, healthy habits & parenting.
  • Nurse Call Center services are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8 AM – 4:30 PM), and Tuesday (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • Nurses can provide information and referrals for community and healthcare services. Please call 262-896-8430 to speak to a Public Health Nurse. 
  • For emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.

The Public Health Division will be closed to the public for 2019 holiday observances on the following dates:

  • THANKSGIVING DAY AND THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING will be observed Thursday, November 28, 2019, and Friday, November 29, 2019
  • CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY will be observed Tuesday, December 24, 2019, and Wednesday, December 25, 2019
  • NEW YEAR'S EVE AND NEW YEAR'S DAY (2019-2020) will be observed Tuesday, December 31, 2019, and Wednesday, January 1, 2020
