Appealing a Court Commissioner's Decision
This process requires a judge to review a decision that was made by a Circuit Court Commissioner because one of the parties disagrees with what the Circuit Court Commissioner decided. Either party may request a DeNovo Hearing, but the request must be filed within 15 calendar days. See Local Rule 2.3 De Novo Review of Court Commissioner Decisions
