Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission (Waukesha County Appointees)
The mission of Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission (WRRTC) is to preserve the publicly-owned railines throughout southern Wisconsin. The WRRTC is made of county-appointed representatives from Crawford, Dane, Grant, Iowa, Jefferson, Rock, Sauk, Walworth, and Waukesha Counties. The WRRTC collaborates with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT), and the Wisconsin Southern Railroad (WSOR). Each County has representatives appointed by their respective County Executive or Administrator.
