Postponement of Jury Service

You must submit your questionnaire before any postponement can be considered.  You may postpone your appearance date ONCE, for up to six (6) months.

Requests for postponement due to a conflict such as school, work, childcare, vacation, business trip, etc. that prevent you from serving the week you were summoned may be submitted  online or in writing to the Jury Coordinator at least 10 days prior to scheduled jury service.  Please include a new week you would like to serve when requesting a postponement.  

By providing an email address, in your request, you will be notified whether your request has been either granted or denied.  If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact our office.
