Requests for a postponement of jury service may be submitted online or in writing to the Jury Coordinator at least 10 days prior to scheduled jury service.
Jurors who submit a postponement request online will receive a response via e-mail if an e-mail address is provided, or by U.S. mail.
Jurors who submit a written postponement request should include a daytime phone number. Written requests may be faxed to the Jury Coordinator at 262-896-8364, or mailed to:

Jurors who submit a request by fax or mail will receive notification by mail of the status of their request.
