Steve Chmielewski, Extension Waukesha County Community Economic Development Educator will be hosting a workshop on the 'Fundamentals of Strategic Planning for Non-Profit Organizations' on Thursday, May 18th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This workshop is for those interested in learning more about applying the Strategic Planning process to their organization, network or community.
This workshop will help you:
- Understand the value and benefits of developing/updating your organization's Strategic Plan
- View complementary ways of looking at and thinking about Strategic Planning
- Prepare to further define where your organization wants to be and define ways to manage the change
