  • Update Your Annual Membership License Plate (here)
    Use this form to update the license plate information applied to your annual Park or Lake Access membership. Required: The original receipt number from your purchase; find it in your account and on your email receipt at time of purchase. (Purchased your Annual Membership in person at the Waukesha County Parks main office or Retzer Nature Center, or to resolve a violation notice? Find your receipt number on the paperwork received at the time of purchase.)

  • GeoCaching application PDF (here)
    To place a physical or virtual cache, you must obtain prior written permission from the Waukesha County Park System. For each cache location, complete a separate Permit Request Form and provide a map. Review application for all guidelines and requirements.

  • Beach Reservation: Bring Your Large Group To Waukesha County Beaches (here)
    Required: For groups of 25+ visiting Waukesha County Beaches weekdays Mon-Fri, a Group Beach Reservation request must be submitted to the Waukesha County Park System no less than ten days prior to the planned date of visit. Log into the reservation system to view availability and select your desired beach location.

  • Baptism permit (here) 
    A permit is required for baptism service in any Waukesha County Park System pond or lake. Complete the no-charge application process online.

  • Unmanned Aircraft / Drone Use permit (here)
    To fly an unmanned aircraft in any Waukesha County Park, you must first obtain a permit. The permit is good for one year from the purchase date. Complete the no-charge application process online

  • Metal Detection permit (here)
    You must apply for a permit to do metal detecting in any Waukesha County Park. The permit is good for one year from the purchase date. Complete the no-charge application process online.

  • Scuba Diving permit (here)
    Scuba diving is welcome at Fox Brook and Menomonee Parks with permit. The permit is good for one year from the purchase date. Complete the no-charge application process online.

  • Trail Camera permit (here)
    You must apply for a permit to place a trail camera in any Waukesha County Park. Upon County approval, you will receive via email a Trail Camera Placement permit, which includes a Permit Number that must be displayed permanently on the trail camera before placement (eg. engraving, permanent marker). The permit is good for one year from the purchase date. Complete the no-charge application process online.

  • Triathlon Training permit (here)
    You must apply for a permit to do Triathlon Swim Training in any Waukesha County Park System pond or lake. The permit is good for one year from the purchase date. Complete the no-charge application process online.
