This website is intended to help familiarize yourself and/or your company with Waukesha County’s purchasing policies and procedures.
Purchasing is responsible for directing and coordinating the procurement of equipment, supplies and services required by Waukesha County. Program activities include developing, drafting, negotiating and administering County contracts, and/or making recommendations to users on type or availability and costs (considering benefits, effectiveness and efficiency) of equipment, supplies and services.
We are continuously looking for new ideas, better material and cost-reduction recommendations and we share in your satisfaction when your product or service provides benefit to Waukesha County. The technical advice and service you provide is considered a factor in measuring the total value of the supplier relationship.

Vendor Registration. Vendors, be sure we can find you! You can fill out a vendor application and maintain your company information via the Internet.

Email notification. This function was designed to notify registered vendors of Waukesha County’s intent to purchase goods or services.

Online Response. Provides the ability for vendors to respond online.

To respond online. Your firm must be registered through the Vendor Registration.

If you are a vendor who would like to be placed on our email notification list and/or to respond online, we request that you register with Waukesha County through the Vendor Registration process. By completing all of the requested information correctly and completely, an email notification based on the items checked on the Commodity List will be sent to registered vendors when the County is in the market for those items or services you have specified that your company can supply. In addition, all registered vendors have the ability to submit their response(s) online.
You may, of course, continue to download the documents and respond hard copy. To submit a hard copy response you must print, complete and mail the forms to the Waukesha County Purchasing Division, Administration Center - Room 310, 515 W Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188 or deliver in person prior to the opening date/time. To deliver in person, you must enter at the Courthouse Building, Door 2, located at 515 W. Moreland Blvd. Proceed to the Administration Center, Room 310, to have your Bid/RFP time-stamped by the receptionist. Be sure to allow sufficient time to gain entry as Waukesha County has instituted a Controlled Access policy.
